Branden Jacobs-Jenkins Revisits His ‘Illusion of Suffering’ on Broadway

The “Appropriate” playwright has teamed up with the actors Sarah Paulson and Corey Stoll and the director Lila Neugebauer for the play’s Broadway debut. “Everybody onstage is a political statement,” he says.
