Ralph Yarl Case: Family Calls for Charges in Shooting of Black Teenager in Kansas City

Lawyers for the family of Ralph Yarl, 16, said he was in critical condition after being shot twice by a “white male assailant” in Kansas City, Mo. The gunman has not been charged.
