Former Louisiana officer indicted on federal charges for allegedly kicking a man under arrest and trying to cover it up
A former Monroe, Louisiana, police officer has been indicted by a federal grand jury for kicking a man who was under arrest and then attempting to cover up the "unjustified force," the Department of Justice said Thursday.
