U.S. Says Its Airstrike Killed a Planner of the Kabul Airport Attack

The military conducted a strike in Nangarhar Province, the first since an attack on the Kabul airport killed over 170 people, including 13 U.S. troops. Americans were also told to “leave immediately” from several gates at the airport because of security threats. Here’s the latest.
